There is no usable count of licensed chiropractors. The Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards collects licence records from the state boards, but its statistics pages are behind a bot challenge that a reader cannot get past, and its own directory is a paid member product. More importantly the profession's own examining board describes the FCLB figure as a count of LICENCES and notes that chiropractors hold them in more than one state — so even if it were retrievable, dividing employment into it would understate the share working.
